Officers around the area need your assistance to identify individuals of several recent armed robberies. According to the incident reports, on four separate occasions, four armed robberies occurred, which included two persons and two businesses.

Armed Robberies-Persons
On March 14th and January 31st, 2012, two persons became victims of an armed robbery.

In the first instance, a suspect described as a black male who was wearing all black, including a black hat, approached a female and asked to be taken to a store for a ride. During the course of the ride, the suspect brandished a black in color handgun and demanded money. The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years of age, approximately 6 ft tall, with short hair.

In the second incident, on January 31st 2012, the victim was approached by a female, brandishing a silver in color handgun and was told to get in the back seat of a vehicle. A black male approached the vehicle and got inside with the victim and the female suspect. The victim was then driven to a bank to withdraw money. The male suspect was wearing all dark clothing, a dark toboggan, and a black bandana hiding his face.

Armed Robberies-Businesses
In what officers believe are related crimes, two businesses were robbed.

On March 24th, 2012, at approximately 11:15pm, the Chicken Shak located on E. Main St, was robbed by a black male suspect wearing a red, white, and blue jacket and blue jeans. The suspect wearing a black cloth around his face approached an employee who was taking out garbage and brandished a silver in color handgun. The suspect ordered the employee back inside the business and forcibly took the cash drawer of the business. Once taking the cash drawer the suspect left the business and the area on foot.

On March 28th, 2012, in the same area, at approximately 9:00pm, the Lil Johnny’s Chicken and Ribs located on Albright Road became a victim of an armed robbery. According to this report, the suspect approached an employee who was outside on break. The suspect brandished a handgun and told the employee to enter the store. Once inside the store, the suspect demanded money from the employees, all the while brandishing the gun. The suspect is described as a black male approximately 6’3”, wearing a black wig over his face and gloves. The suspect then took the money and left the business.
